Low FODMAP Brownies
Ingredients:

1 cup GF flour

3/4 cup of cocoa Powder

1/4 tsp of sea salt

3/4 a cup of butter
-
3/4 cup of 100% maple syrup

1 1/2 TBSP of vanilla extract
-
3 eggs
-
1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Mix the GF flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt in one bowl. Mix the butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and eggs in a separate bowl. Mix the wet and dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
