Low FODMAP Brownies

Ingredients:

​

  • 1 cup GF flour 

  • 3/4 cup of cocoa Powder 

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt 

  • 3/4 a cup of butter

  • 3/4 cup of 100% maple syrup 

  • 1 1/2 TBSP of vanilla extract

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Mix the GF flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt in one bowl. Mix the butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and eggs in a separate bowl. Mix the wet and dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
