Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups gluten free flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3 tsp cinnamon

3 large carrots grated

1 1/2 cup sunflower oil
-
1 cup honey
-
4 eggs
​
​
Frosting:
-
1 cup of cream cheese
-
2 Tbsp of honey
Directions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes then frost.
