Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten free flour 

  • 1 tsp baking soda 

  • 1/4 tsp salt

​

​

  • 3 medium mashed bananas  

  • 1/2 cup butter 

  • 1/3 cup honey 

  • 2 eggs  

​

Directions:

 

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. After an hour if the inside is still undone, turn down to 330 until finished.
